DONDRA S. BASS
DONDRA BASS, the founding member of Bass Law, was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. She obtained her B.S. degree in criminal justice from The University of South Carolina, and she obtained her J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. Ms. Bass has been admitted to practice law in all state courts throughout Georgia and Florida. She is also admitted to practice law in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In addition, she has handled cases on a pro hac vice basis in federal courts in the States of Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Ms. Bass has been recognized by her peers for exceptional ability and strict ethical standards (rated AV, the highest peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell).
Ms. Bass spent the first ten years of her career primarily handling claims for large insurance companies. As she now limits her practice to the representation of individuals and locally-owned businesses, she has the unique advantage of understanding how larger companies operate and knowing the specific criteria used by insurance adjusters in their evaluations of claims. Additionally, Ms. Bass' dedication to assisting individuals is evidenced by her accessibility, willingness to meet with clients during non-typical hours, and moderate fee structure.
